Every project file has fourteen facts. The score tells you how many are confirmed with a source, and you see it before you open the file. Location, phase, category, size and opening are open. Who is behind the project sits in the file, together with the sources, the signals and the date it was last checked.
All plans can be cancelled monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Enterprise can be booked monthly right here; for yearly billing we talk with you first. Credits are refilled monthly and stay valid for three months. Prices in EUR, excluding VAT.

A file that is still being researched costs the same as a complete one: opening it puts it at the front of our research queue, and the missing facts follow with the updates. Every opened file stays updated for twelve months in a plan.

A typical hotel project database costs 1,000 to 4,200 € per year for one region and 6,400 to 10,500 € for the world, up to about 15,000 € with add-ons and extra users, and every subscriber gets the same list. Professional costs about the same as one region there and gives you the world. You pay for the files you open, and each one carries its sources.
From public sources: planning announcements, press, permits, operator pipelines, trade media and the websites of studios and developers. Each fact in a file links to its source. Projects are re-checked on a rolling basis and every file shows when it was last checked.
No. Files are company-level: brand, operator, developer, architect, studio. Contacts are researched fresh, on request, for a specific customer, and never sold as a list.

Below that it is still being researched: it costs the same, opening it puts it at the front of our research queue, and the missing facts follow with the updates.
Because a regional licence charges you for projects you never look at. Credits charge you for the files you open, and the overview stays worldwide for everyone. Heavy users buy plans with more credits, occasional users buy single files.
