Hospitality Radar, now in your AI assistant.

Connect Radar to Grok, Claude or ChatGPT. Ask for hotel projects and fresh signals, open the files, draft the email. One conversation.

Works with Grok, Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant that supports MCP connectors.

Who is specifying for hotel projects in London right now?
48 London hotel projects are in planning and design. These three just got a design studio or an operator, so rooms and FF&E are being specified now:
Select-service hotel, 4 stars, 87 keysLondon, UKDesign studio namednew
Lifestyle hotel, 90 keysLondon, UK · opens 2027Brand or operatornew
Upscale hotel, 4 stars, 153 keysLondon, UK · opens 2028Brand or operatornew
The studio, the developer and the contacts are in the project file. The 87-key file costs 40 credits, you have 250. Shall I open it?
Yes. Then draft a short email to the design studio.
What you can ask

Your territory, in plain words

Your assistant searches more than 5,700 hotel projects in planning and construction and the signals that show when a trade is bought. It answers in your language and keeps the context of your conversation.

Three steps

Add a connector

In your assistant, add a custom connector (MCP server) with the address https://hospitalityradar.io/mcp.

Connect

Click Connect and sign in with your Radar account. No key to copy. The connection shows in your account, where you can end it.

Ask

Start with one of the questions above. Your assistant may ask you once to allow the Radar tools.

ClaudeSettings, connectors, add custom connector. Paste the address, then Connect.
ChatGPTSettings, apps and connectors, developer mode, create. Paste the address, authentication OAuth.
GrokConnectors, new connector, custom. Paste the address and set the header below.

For Grok and tools without sign-in, create an API key in your account and send it as the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>. Menu names change from time to time; look for "connector" or "MCP".

Questions

Good to know

Which plans include AI access?

Professional, Team and Enterprise. For Enterprise we also set up API access for your own tools. See the plans

Is the key safe to use?

With Claude and ChatGPT you sign in and need no key. An API key works like a password: anyone with it can spend your credits, so only put it in the header, never in a link or a shared chat. Each person creates their own key, so usage shows under their name. You can revoke a key at any time in your account, and assistants using it stop working at once.

What does my assistant see?

The same as you on the website: project descriptions without names until a file is opened, and the full content of files your account has opened. It cannot open a file without spending your credits, and it asks you first.

Does Radar see my conversations?

No. Radar only receives the requests your assistant sends to it, for example a search for projects in Spain. What you write to your assistant stays with your assistant provider.
