Products · for hotel suppliers

Who supplied what to which hotel.

Products shows which company delivered which trade to which hotel, with evidence and a year. You see where your competitors have delivered, and which of their teams are starting something new.

Each hotel shows how much is documented

A file with a few entries should not look complete. So every hotel shows its evidence density: how many of the trades have a public source, and which ones are still blank. A blank trade means we found no source. It does not mean nobody supplied it.

The team your competitor worked with starts a new project

Designers, purchasing agents and operators work together again and again. If you know who a competitor delivered with, and you see that team on a new project, you know early where to call.

  • Where did they deliver? See a competitor's documented hotels by trade and year.
  • Alert when the team moves. Built only from publicly documented deliveries.

Brand tie-in: open or bound

Before you call a project, you can see whether your trade is open or tied to the brand. You spend your time where the choice is still open. Today this covers 50+ US brands.
