Desk · for hotel suppliers

The projects you buy turn into conversations.

Projects you buy in the radar land in Desk at no extra cost. There they become outreach: who to call today, what to write, when to follow up. You approve every message before it leaves.

All views on this page are drawings of the planned interface. Projects, companies and counts are placeholders.

Today: one list in a fixed order

Replies come first, then calls in the right time zone, callbacks that are due, drafts waiting for you, new signals and customers to win back. You work from the top and stop when the list is empty.

The project card shows people by role, each with a source

There are no contact lists in Desk. You see the people on a project, what they do there and where that comes from. Names open with credits, and you are only charged once a person has been checked.

  • Find a contact on any project and pick the roles you need. Your trade preselects them.
  • Evidence note on every person: the source, the date, the role on this project.
  • Kept current. When someone changes jobs, the card shows it.
  • Handover to your CRM keeps the evidence attached. There is no list export.

ToInterior lead, design studioSubjectLighting for Example Bay Resort

Hello,

I saw your studio is working on the guest rooms at Example Bay Resort. We made the room and corridor lighting for a coastal resort of similar size last year.

Would a short call next week help, before the concept is fixed?

Drafts are written for you. Sending stays with you.

Desk writes the draft from the project file and the evidence note. You read it next to the earlier conversation, change it or ask for a rewrite, and approve it.

  • Nothing leaves without your approval.
  • Every seat has its own mailbox, with its own signature and history.
  • Approved by mistake? Pull it back until it has gone out.
  • Your name stays clean. Desk keeps you from writing too often to the same company.

Follow-ups that stop when someone answers

You set the intervals once. Desk prepares the next step on the right day and stops as soon as a reply comes in, so nobody gets a reminder after they have written back.

  • LinkedIn as a step: Desk writes the text, you paste it yourself. Your account is never automated.
  • Daily summary: every evening you see what came in and what is still open. Whatever waits too long moves to the top.
  • Every incoming mail is logged with a status, so nothing slips through.

Bring your customers back, each with a reason to call

Load your customer list as Excel or CSV, or connect your CRM. For each customer, Desk looks for a reason to get back in touch and shows where it comes from. The ones who have been quiet longest come first, each with a suggested first step.

Hello,

I saw your studio is named on the new resort in Crete. We worked together on your last hotel project, and I would like to hear what you are planning for the guest rooms.

Would a short call next week help?

Find similar: more customers like your best ones

Mark your best customers. Desk suggests companies with the same role, in the same region and segment, working on similar projects. They stay greyed out until you take one over.

  • The match is free. Opening a project file uses credits.
  • Your list stays yours. It never flows into the radar and is never visible to another customer.

Rules we are building into Desk

Outreach only works if the people on the other side are treated fairly. These rules are planned for every account.

People are informed In the beta

Planned for the beta: under Art. 14 GDPR, people are informed, with source and one-click objection, in their language.

An objection counts everywhere Planned

The plan: if someone objects, the block applies across all customers and can be verified.

Mail where it is allowed

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Desk leads with a call and offers mail once the person has agreed.

Seats plus credits, with a low way in

Pay per seat for the workplace and with credits for people and files. Credits from your radar plan work here too. Start for free, then pay more as your team works with it. Prices will follow.
